The Children's Museum is next door to the Train Station and is one of the oldest Children's Museum in the country. It's the only Children's Museum to have been adopted by NASA & the Department of Energy's Office of Science. The Museum is comprised of 4 floors and is a hands on learning center!

Children's Museum open Monday's, Thursday's, Saturdays 9:15a-12:30p. Check online calendar for renovation days closed.. Most visitors & field trip groups visit mornings. Operated by mostly volunteers -not owned or operated by City, County, State, or Federal govt & get $0 funding for operations from them. 4 floors contain 100's of educationally enjoyable interactive exhibits. 9:15a our first 3 flrs open. 4th floor opens 10:45a. Last 4th floor admission is 11:00a & last museum admission is 11:30a, floors closing from top to bottom!
